Create a trail system like Maine, New York and West Virginia have.

this something that should have been set years ago but the state just lets them go waist side and if you want this then dont sue them for your stupidity... be responsible and enjoy the sport....

We did this as kids until all land was taken. We weren't getting in trouble.

Give us a place and give kids something better to do.

More legal places in NJ to ride would benefit. Private property owners and also the riders. Please look at every aspect of this idea. Thank you Kevin

I think this would be a great idea and worth doing. I would gladly pay to register my ATV to be able to ride on such trails. I would love to even help/ volunteer building, clearing and maintaining trails. I think offroading is an awesome outdoor activity and many more could enjoy it if NJ created a trail system.

Forked river would be an awesome place for it. There's no housing there's trails already cut and no one goes out there to walk. New Jersey could make a lot of money and save the State forest

We have a great state for our sport. I'm tired of spending my money in NY and PA when the money can be used here....great way to attract out of state riders too....I've paid sales tax, registration on all of my ATVs....NJ had no problem taking that money...

This would be a wonderful thing for NJ. We travel to PA to ride and have never encountered anyone causing damage.

N.j. has a lot of open space. They need to make more of are states park land open to atv and dirt bike riders. There is potential revenue there for the state if its done right and also more jobs. There is open space all over the state it's a shame you can't ride here.

I've waited a longtime for something like this ! As a life long atv rider it saddens me that our state will take our money for taxes and registration but will not offer any legal place to go. Riders want to enjoy our woods and lands not destroy them and be an easy cash cow for local police. But when the state refuses to take money and offer nothing we have to look to other states who are more compassionate.
