Charge a yearly fee, and get it done so much revenue to be made! Gives dealers bussiness local indy shops, and many other benifits.

It is unfair to live in a rural area, to own a UTV, ATV, or dirt bike, and not have a place to ride and enjoy it. It shouldn't be a place where you have to pay to ride like some kind of an amusement park...

We need a trail park. It will help show our kids the correct way to go riding.

I'm a father of three, and find it difficult to find inexpensive activities to participate in with The family. I decided to purchase a few used quads for the family not realizing how strict this state is with the orv. The older I get the more I realize the importance of these activities with the family. It creates bonding time and I would like to be able to legally spend time with my family riding in the woods our tax dollars pay for. That's is all. Thank You

I fully support a legal ATV/Dirtbike trail system in NJ. In upstate NY, Lewis County and other counties, there are designated trails for non street legal ATVs/Side by sides (UTVs)/Dirtbikes. These vehicles have to be tagged, registered, and insured. A lot of the trail systems are cared for by Atv clubs and to ride the trails, you have to pay a trail use fee for the year. Being that NJ is money hungry, it's missing out on this extra income it would receive from the tagging, registration, trail fees, and more tourism that would come to our state to ride the trails. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN! Get the kids off the streets and give them a better addiction than heroin!

My son and I need a legal place to ride. There are so many state parks that it should not be an issue. The revenue would help the state Ina tremendous way.

The Pine Barrens would be a good place to start.

We need this, tired of seeing everyone get impounded or fined, as if they don't work hard enough for their stuff and well being.

Please open up some parks so I can ride locally with my son and not have to drive hours away to ride some trails. Not everyone can ride at a race track style place such as atco raceway dirtbike/atv track was before it was torn down and just like the only 2 places in nj that you can ride legally are. My son is 9 and loves to ride his dry bike and quad but it's a hassle to go because we have o leave the state in order to ride because he's not big enough or fast enough to ride at the race track style facilities

As a family we own four 2wd utility atv's that we take all the way down to Virginia every year to ride as a family and would love to be able to do it here in our own state

Definitely need legal places to ride in this state. 4x4 Atv friendly a group of us have been traveling 9+ hrs to a family friendly park that suites every style of riding. Would be great to have that in the garden state

Make the outdoors accessable so kids are not stuck to X box.
