Just simply make it that bikes and quads are insured and registered. And help give kids something to do besides drugs. How can the state charge for insurance and registration if you can't ride. Total rip off

Nj should provide a atv trail system or at least offer a fee based Atv per year permit issue

This needs to be done. We bend and twist for all other things people want, the woods and atv riding is what my family, children and all, do for fun. It's our family time. And it's nearly impossible to do it much anymore

I currently live in the pines and have family who's back yard is a cranberry bogs. I have been riding the power lines and threw the pines since I was 8 years old. The closest legal spot to ride is 2 hours away at lost trails which isn't set up to ride a sport quad around. Having a legal trail closer to home on the sandy roads of the pines would be such a joy for riders and rangers all around.

Been promised a legal places to ride in New Jersey for years but a Bunch of empty promises. Nj need legal riding !

It's about time paying 8k plus nj state taxes on it for a atv and no place to ride it... hope this is the start of something good...
