The impact of a forced return to office has not been properly measured. We as an organization have been powerful, collaborative, and most importantly, have increasing revenue year over year. All of this has been done remotely. A forced return with fixed dates for in office work days is a sharp turn from how we have worked for the past five years. Our schedule flexibility provides a strength that cannot be matched by assumed collaboration gains. This decision was made without enough input from employees. The mandate comes with some harsh wording and vague guidelines. What the announcement makes clear is that if we do not participate there will be consequences. We started this petition to show how many of us feel negatively impacted by this change. We ask that leadership hear these people and include us moving forward.

We ask those signing to use their real names and email. You can opt out for your signature to be public on this page, but the information collected is shown to those of us managing this petition. Our goal is to share the signatory names and comments with leadership once we have a significant number of signatures. Your email is not shown to us.
