Many people know that the school has a really short lunch, therefore let's make it longer. It's only 25 minutes, but with the abundant amount of people in the line, there is not enough time to eat. Even people with small lunches still has a chance of not finishing their lunch. Unable to finish lunch causes hunger in class, lowering performance as well.
