There should be evaluation on teachers’ academic quality every year. The last 10% should be replaced they should be in a conditional contract but not just lay down on their age and strike again and again without any value adding to the students.

teachers is paid by taxpers, should put student first, never go to strike and badly impact students. They can strike in summer time or march break time.
