I am against this plan to re-zone this area. It is to close to the local elementary, intermediate & middle schools for Nicoma Park. We do not need to increase the potential of crime near our schools.

The main reason we built on Sara Court was we were told nobody would be able to build behind us!!! I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN!!

This is a relatively new housing edition and many young people have invested their money in these homes with the thought of it being a secure place to live and a place that will hold it's property value.
