I am truly concerned with our board and administration changing the publicized plan without any public notice. This decision should be overturned until there is public input.

Put the students FIRST! At risk students should not be placed in a near or over capacity school, for their educational needs to be met.

It is disappointing that the Board would resort to this tactic. Kudos to Cathy Thompson for standing up for the students and families of Red Clay.

The school board was wrong to increase the attendance of this new school in such an underhanded and non-transparent way. The board has a responsibility to our community, not to special interests or someone's secret agenda.

I am concerned with my son who will be in 5th grade next year attend a brand new school which undoutedly will face "opening/new school struggles" and to compound these issues by attempting a first year opening at 96% capacity is ludicrous. I have three other children all in Red Clay schools. If the board cannot rectify this problem i will have a very difucult time ever supporting any of their decisions again.

Seeing with the board is doing is disturbing for me as an educator. It doesn't take into account what the students need and is not working in their best interests. Not to mention lack of community involvement in the process.

The Board should give the community an opportunity to voice concerns before changing the Attendance Zone feeder pattern for Cooke Elementary School.

I do not agree with the last minute changes without giving the community an opportunity to weigh in. I also support the motion to reverse the Board's decision in favor of the plan developed by the AZ Committee.

I don't agree with the boards decision. They need to listen to the community and do what is in the best interest of our kids. They need to change their decision.

I don't think it's fair that the board went behind the communities back and made this last minute decision. It's not in the best interest of our children. The decision needs to be overturned.
