In the framework of this petition, Na'i Aupuni and their supporting counterparts should be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law for intentional harm and human rights violations against our people and we already have their $2.5 million+grant from OHA to litigate this. Their agenda is a grab for money and power. DOI the HR 3467 2015 Tribal Recognition Bill submitted by Representative Rob Bishop Oct.28, 2015 will address imposing your new rules to accomodate your non-transparent agenda to create a Fake Tribal Nation in Hawaii. Mahalo,Rob Bishop.

I stand in strong opposition and protest the Na`i Aupuni process. I am an indigenous/aboriginal Hawaiian. I did not give my free, prior, informed consent to be on the Kanaʻiolowalu Rolls and protest Naʻi Aupuni which is the Office of Hawaiian Affairsʻ/State of Hawaiʻiʻs attempt to relinquish my peoplesʻ cultural and political rights to sovereignty over our national lands and our human right to self-determination.

I do not agree with this process and think it's simply a way for the US to acquire our lands legally. I do not support federal recognition and do not consent to any so called representatives, who are elected during this process, to speak on my behalf.

I understand totally and stand by my fellow Kanaka Maoli in protest. This was not what the people of the Nation Of Hawaii want. We are not United States citizens. We are not a tribe. And the people who are pushing this agenda is not speaking for me and my Ohana. Mahalo. Quintinn Holi

I was an enrolled applicant in Kau Inoa . I WAS not informed of my name being illegally obtained and used as a 'count'. I specifically am NOW requesting that my name be removed off the roll and that ANY future use of my name appearing as a 'count' by illegal means will be dealt with in a civil action suit. Be warned as of now, I relinquish ALL powers affiliated with my name and it will not be used at any statistical reference needed to obtain an 'positive' result for any party or to any one's favor or benefit. Your reading this IS my published withdrawal acknowledging my name from any processes trying to be accomplished without my prior knowledge or approval. Signed, Mary Ewalani Manuel-Coats

Everything that could be said against Na'i Aupuni has already been said and as far as I'm concerned Na'i Aupuni is just another incarnation of the Akaka Bill and the goal is still is Federal Recognition. I have too many friends in the Kanaka Maoli community that have way too much to lose should this bogus Na'i Aupuni see the light of day and I am standing with those who oppose it and add my name to this petition in the hopes of seeing this hewa process get derailed and exposed as the fraudulent thing that it is.

Makes No Sense At All, That A Select Few Can Make Such A Life-Changing Decision For The Last Of This Most Beautiful Of People... The Kanaka Maoli Shall All Make This Decision...Not Just A Few..!!!!!

I protest just giving up, I love this land way to much! It is saddening, and hurtful to see the development and destruction America has brought here! Evolution is one thing.. With out America I believe Hawaiians would have evolved with respect for the land and people.. Na'i Aupuni is giving up! It's disrespect!
