There will probably staff lay off and everything will go through Trinidad
The first they need to offer shares locally to amount to 51% at least some Caymanians will get some investments

For too long have we been prosperous without any other country trying to take our CaymanKind away from us. This branch of bank has not only been apart of our history but also apart of our people.

It is not in the best interests of the customers and certainly not in the best interest of the brand and its employees. As a customer, I will certainly be moving my business elsewhere if this goes through.

Ridiculous to even consider accepting the offer. This is Cayman, let's keep the only Caymanian bank we have.

I am not sure if CNB has a problem but I have always been proud that we had a National Bank, as Proud as I am of our National Airline.

I'm not sure what motivated this idea but I don't think it was in the best interest of the Caymanian people. we need to pray for wisdom of the board and management. I definitely don't support this initiative.
