Craven, despicable, corrupt... there are just no words to describe this deal, and the contempt it shows for the American public, native peoples, and the public trust. McCain and Flake deserve to be drummed out of office for this!

For a few very personal reasons, I owe a great deal to the Native American people. Any chance I have, I want to honor you all.
If I can do that here, then all the better!

It is time to end the dispicable practice of "white men" stealing land that is not theirs to take or give, from "Native Americans." To add even more insult to injury, this is Apache Holy Land known as "Warriors Leap!" This land is then being given to be exploited by a foreign mining firm that is notorious for its' history of polluting environments. How disgraceful!

As an Alaskan Native, I stand with my brothers and sisters across our nation. Our tribes and our lifeways have been ignored for too long.

This is another disgusting choice that politicians have made to steal land from it's rightful owners ( after we stole it once from them already) to choose $$$ over the earth.

For Heaven's sake! This kind of political maneuver is so sneaky and underhanded, it should be smacked down for that reason alone.

Never have I had more disgust for this government then now. Rob the souls of their own deaths and allow this area to be given to profit. I hate what this country has done and is doing to all AMERICANS! I truly wish that native Americans had the control over all citizens because they are a fair and just people who believe in the Earth and the spirits of all living and parted creatures.
The government has such animosity towards its people to do such a crime against humanity to take a sacred ground and destroy it. Just like the grounds of the people who died on 9/11. No government funding to preserve these areas but they were turned into a tourism industry. Surrounding areas profit from a tragic event that it sickens me.
I stand with all people of this nation and feel this country needs to over through such government as its stated in our constitution. The tribe has its own rules of living and it is respect and love for all things.
My opinion only.

We cannot turn back the clock and correct the wrongs of the past. We can, however, learn from them and make a commitment to honoring the native peoples and the land. Do not forego this opportunity to do the right thing.
