To: US Legislators To The Lawmakers of the United States of America: We as taxpayers of the USA do hereby demand the act of abuse, neglect or any action intentionally harmful to animals be made a felony. We are speaking as one voice to protect the rights of animals that cannot speak for themselves. The acts of starvation, beating, fighting for owner financial gain or intentionally causing pain and suffering of an animal should not and will not tolerated any longer. We are hereby taking a stand to protect the rights of these animals. The abuse has gone on too long and has reached the level of severity that can no longer be over-looked or ignored. We as taxpayers sign your paychecks, NOW, We as taxpayers are hereby respectfully asking you to fulfill the above request. Enough animals have suffered and died in silence, please listen to the voice we have given them. We are asking you to make the people responsible pay for the crimes committed against a voiceless victim. God created all creatures great and small...
