As a new sub division, we the neighbors are very concerned that our neighborhood is being used as a cut though and racing short cut. We have lots of children on our lovely new estate and we want them to be able to walk to school and play outside safely. We are concerned with speeding cars in and around The Enclave and would like to request county speed studies especially around Black Rail Street and Ingrid Drive. Many times we see cars tearing through our streets or hear them revving their engines and racing on the entrance roads to The Enclave. We would very much like to be considered for gating our community or to close off the through way with our neighboring community Windermere Landings. As a first step we would like to see speed bumps on all our neighborhood roads. Please consider the safety of our children.
