A wall is definitely necessary to reduce the noise level from increasing traffic

This is insane and unnecessary. A wall? Seriously? How is a wall going to stop noise and moreover provide security? So, are we going to close the entry to the community after this? Are we going to have a security check point or something? Common guys, if someone really want to break into these houses, it's hardly a punch away from these flimsy hardwood walls. And you think all our houses are secured and safe? No, the only thing is - we can be assured that no one will try intruding and be without getting caught after that. But the walls n all such things are not going to stop/avoid any such attempts. So please STOP all these ridiculous ideas and spend the HOA money somewhere else useful.
