One protected class does not trump another protected class.
The word Gender was refined to accommodate another class but if you research it gender was used to identify biological sex. Why? Because using the word sex to identify was frowned upon Because it also means intercourse.
The use of public bathrooms has always been separated by sex. Changing the meaning of gender does not change the purpose of biological use of a bathroom
