We recently moved to Highland. One of the reasons was because of the beautiful homes on larger lots. We did not want to replicate the cookie cutter and small yards of our previous neighborhood. Please do Not let the development group build townhomes and homes on tiny lots.

This development is not feasible and should not be considered nor approved. There should be no reason to cave into the developers demands especially when the impact on the community is at play. Please reject the proposal . Remain committed to the best interest of the citizens of Alpine and their well being.

I do not approve of blue bison developing this property to include an access road to connect alpine to the draper development

I live on site for horn drive this would impact my road and have an effect on my house value. Do not allow this to happen.

I'm really worried that the proposed gate at some point in the future will be open to the general public.

There is not enough infrastructure to handle a high density subdivision in Draper/Apline/Highland. I live just off Highland Blvd and this would impact my family's safety, not to mention our home values.

This proposed development is out of character with the surrounding area and could hurt property values. It also would bring Way too much traffic on connecting streets into Highland and Alpine which are already heavily used. They are trying to go against the master plan so they can make more money and to Heck with the current residents. Do not approve this higher density project please

This is an ignorant idea and will ruin the peaceful solitude of Alpine communities

No, no, no! This is a disaster for our neighborhood, hundreds of extra cars per day going through Alpine. There is no way that Draper won’t push to open the road. Also, we don’t want townhomes up above Alpine!

Alpine is a beautiful community and our family would like to preserve the small town feel, and the peace, and safety here. We do NOT want to be connected any more than we already are, with Draper!!! We vote NO on the connecting road!!!

I am strongly opposed to anything that is not a permanent resolution to this issue. A gate is not a permanent solution.

This proposal goes against Alpine's Master Plan for growth. It's a potential fourth way for traffic to come in and out of Alpine from other cities. Blue Bison's long term financial interests must be considered.

We want to protect the small community feel of this corner of utah valley... its why we paid more for our homes. Putting a road through it is going to undo that.

Don’t cave in. Highland didn’t. We don’t want high density housing in the hills above our homes.

I have lived in Alpine for 20 years. I'm convinced this is the most serious challenge we have faced as a community to our way of life. Must be stopped.

Say NO. This will be a disaster for Alpine - NW residents especially. This is not an Alpine development but we will bear the brunt of it.
