Sidra Rene Birks, passes away on July 14,2010. She left behind a son, Blake Birks, who is two years old. His biological father, Ryan Thomas McLane, is fighting for custody of Blake. Ryan McLane is a registered Sex Offender. In 1998, he raped three girls. One was 12 years old and the other two were 13 years old. There are no laws to protect biological children from their Sex Offender parents. These parents should have no right to be around children at all. Once your a Sex Offender, all children are protected EXCEPT Biological children. I am starting this petition to send to Governor Rick Scott so that law can be passed to protect biological children from their sex offender parents. Please sign this petition to protect these children.
