Raise awareness to get the penalties for re- offenders raised. 3 previous trips through our so called corrections facility had no positive effects on Leonard Watts, do you really think a 4th trip is going to have any different outcome We are asking to contact our MP's and our MPP's for stiffer penalties for repeat offenders and for a public sex offenders registry like the US and Manitoba has. Raise awareness to get the penalties for re-offenders raised. . We want a more strict punishment for repeat offenders. He has rights but we do to!!!
