Our teachers mean a lot to us. And the sad thing is that they are wonderful teachers who have the best grades and evaluations but get fired because of their age? Doesn't really seem logical to me.

The system is not right. Age shouldn't be the determining factor. It should be based on the production of the teacher.

I agree it shouldn't be about seniority. PERFORMANCE is where it should count . If the teacher can not keep up with the times and new age .. Then they should be the ones to go . But I would love for all of them to stay . LCH has a great staff

Teachers that don't know how to connect with students should be fired because students will get better grades and do better in life if we can connect with teachers and the understand what we go through. The older teachers can't connect with us. We need the younger teachers to stay.
