Protect Trans Missourians

Government should not be involved in anyone's healthcare decisionmaking.

This is purely hateful bigotry. This will cause so many suicides amongst our families and children. Stay out of our lives and our freedom to make decisions for ourselves.

Gender affirming healthcare is life saving care.

Taking away such crucial, valuable medical care and these basic human rights is bigoted, self-righteous, and wrong. This sets us on a course of devastation for all, and death for many, because they cannot bear life as anything but their true identity. And they shouldn't have to. Stop the hate. Save lives.

This ban is absurd and needs to be repealed.

To take away this healthcare from trans people will only serve to cause harm and take lives. Make no mistake about that. Science and statistics will point nearly without fail to the fact that gender affirming care serves to improve lives, lengthen lifespans, and improve mental health. None of this is recognized by the Missouri attorney general nor the GOP at large. An attack on the rights of an innocent community like this is disgraceful.

Everyone deserves healthcare. Individuals with depression and autism are still able to make decisions for themselves. Gender affirming healthcare is lifesaving, those who are prevented gender affirming care are far more likely to experience severe depressive symptoms.

There is zero reason for the government to insert itself into the private medical and mental healthcare of people. The government is unqualified to make sweeping determinations on what care is available to residents, This is bigotry justified with religious teachings. This is the government violating 1A by making laws respecting a particular religion.

This is an AWFUL, HATEFUL law that was enacted by one man. Where is this one representation in that?

As a trans person, this bill has made me question my life. Why am I alive if there will people fighting against me trying to just be happy? Why does it matter what type of person I am? This is a step into genocide. You just want power. You want targets. And it’s disgusting. We know who you are, we know what your intentions are, and we will not stop until we live in peace. If you have a problem with peace, you have evil in your soul and will be condemned to hell for all of eternity.

Just let trans people live

Live and let live. All people are God’s children LGBTQ or not. Allow these folks to be whoever They want to be. Love is love.
