Protect Tilal Al Ghaf: Urgent Action Needed on Health, Traffic, and Environmental Issues

I fully back all initiatives and suggestions within this petition.

The traffic is unprecedented in a community in Dubai and makes it impossible to live here. I cannot enjoy the place and let me kids play outside as I am scared of how people drive here and then on top of it the mosquitos eat us alive

Mosquitoe issue is extremely bad. Need all rounded approach of fogging and natural predators to eliminate them.

Please protect our community by listening to and resolving ALL the concerns raised.

Tilal al Ghaf has a great community of owners, all caring about their properties, surroundings and wellbeing. MAF should appreciate the efforts of this community in keeping its premium image, from inside and out. This despite many quality / snagging issues. I’m allergic to mosquito bites and being outdoors in TAG has been a nightmare! This needs immediate treatment.

The community is no longer gated community as was initially marketed at the purchase time and in the brochure, now it’s becoming only gated clusters, resulting into opening the outside traffic to impact inside the internal community TAG roads, introducing increased noise, safety, traffic jam.

The noise and road safety of Ghaf Boulivard has to be addressed. It is affecting the enjoyment of the community and in turn will affect house values.
