Save the refuge. Repeal the Jones Act. Quit bullying Puerto Rico and threatening Vieques in exchange for campaign contributions.

Selling irreplaceable natural resources and destroying habitat that supports endangered species is not a solution to PR s economic woes . If anything it is counterproductive, ecotourism is a sustainable way to boost the economy. Please be forward thinking .

Vieques is not for sale to solve the economic problems of PR. This island, my home, is a refuge for wildlife. Please keep it that way.

Although I no longer live on Vieques, I still hold dear its unspoiled nature. No development!

I oppose the transfer of any land on Vieques that is not already in private ownership to any entity. I support the preservation of preservation land.

I oppose the transfer of protected land on Vieques to private developers. The Puerto Rican government has several hundred acres of "grazing land" on Vieques that are no longer in use that could be transfered or sold.

The US military extensively damaged this magical island for over 60years. The last thing that the people of Vieques need are more developers abusing and destroying the natural beauty of this very, very unique island.

Leave the beaches of Vieques alone! They must stay open to ALL, not just the wealthy few.

This would be a disgrace as we should save this preserve forevever.

The reason why so many people return to Vieques year after year is because it is relatively "undeveloped". This bill is outrageous and if it is indeed "legal" then the fox is in the henhouse.
