Please protect women and their rights to have and be safe in same-sex spaces. Don't give away the rights of your mother, your daughters, your sisters, your nieces, your female friends, and your family. How will we ever stop violence against women if little girls cannot say no in their own toilets?

Gender is a social construct. Sex is scientific fact. Laws should be based in reality. Lesbians are same-sex attracted. Lesbians are continually harassed by heterosexual men who call themselves women. These men are not transsexuals. They are paraphillic and make up the majority of the 'trans community'. Why are lesbians and other women having our rights removed to appease fetishistic males.

It is vitally important to respect the spaces of both sexes. Unfortunately women are bearing the brunt of this madness. It is also being taught in schools under the guise of 'Relationship Education' where the sports of girls are being infiltrated my trans-identifying boys. It's a cult and the LGB look like splitting with TQA for starting this ridiculous cult. There's only two sexes and anything else is just pretend.

Woman is a descriptor for adult Female Human, as Mare is to adult Female horse. You can't create a Mare by gelding a Stallion any more than you can create a Woman from a Man. Stop telling Males they can violate our spaces, sports, and care based on what they imagine it is to be us.

My right to attend female only spaces that specifically deal with trauma, rape, and violence is not emotionally or psychologically safe for me when a female who may still have male genitalia is present. Other spaces can accommodate this inclusion however not at the risk of removing sex based rights where appropriate to do so. I am also a lesbian and I am not attracted to gender affirming, I am attracted to biological born females. There are also many inclusive spaces that accommodate spaces for trans females to equally feel safe and protected, but again, not at the risk of a safe lesbian female sex space. Many of us do not feel emotionally or psychologically safe with trans females present not only because biological differences may still be present, but the LIVED experienced is completely different. It is the lived experience of lesbians and lived experience of biological women that being is together to share, heal, network. Whether that space is there for talking about issues that affect the lesbian identity, historical experiences or the lived experience of a lesbian, growing up as a female born lesbian in patfaitachy, e experiencing male violence/sexism whatever! Equally biological female sex spaces are a necessity not a transphobic political backlash. Women can talk about giving birth, menstruation, menopause, losing children, still birth, ovary cancer, breast cancer, women in the workforce, unequal pay gaps, growing up in male dominated communities again many many examples of a liver experience of biological women that is like apples and oranges compared with a trans woman. Thai difference isn’t a deliberate intent to harm or exclude, hurt or discriminate against. It is just an area that a trans woman cannot be a part of as biological women or lesbians cannot be a part of understanding the lived experience of being a trans person. To enable the difference to be eroded in law is to tell women, and lesbians that our biological sex doesn’t matter and it MOST cer
