Protect the sex-based rights of people in New South Wales

Women and girls need single sex spaces and services. It’s a matter of safety and respect. Men cannot be women and shouldn’t be allowed in women’s spaces

The hard won sex based rights of women need to be protected. It is pure misogyny to favour gender self ID over sex.

Women must have single sex spaces to ensure privacy & peace of mind.

Sex identification is cellular & immutable. Gender is separate & changeable, sex is not. Swapping genders does not change cellular sex identification. Identfy gender separately to sex & protect the categorization of male/female to ensure accurate data collection. Let gender be included as a separate category.

Stop giving away the hard fought for rights protections and spaces of women. Transing kids is child abuse.

Women and men need sex-based rights! Rights should be based on material reality, not fantasy.

It's quite upsetting to be told I'm "transphobic" because I only date women and have no interest in dating heterosexual men who identify was lesbiens. Some of those men get pretty agressive when I refuse to validate their claimed identity as "lesbian women".

As a woman, as a lesbian, as a citizen, simply as a human being, I ask doctors and politicians to stop their mad rush, which has begun so imprudently, before the collective and individual damage begins. accumulate. Our modern societies must find a legal and social response to individual requests from people who suffer from gender dysphoria or confusion, without the rights of women, homosexuals and children being attacked.

Identity should never be prioritised above reality.

The whole point of spaces being designated for women in the first place, was in recognition that we needed such spaces (and btw they had to be fought for). Allowing a male to claim they are a woman and gain access to these spaces, undermines the entire reason they were created.

Men and boys are not women. Altering the meaning of a word does not change the reality of biological sex.

I think you confuse the word concept with conception. Conception is caused by the biological reality of binary sex. A concept is abstract,ethereal and nothing to do with biology.

This has to stop! We seriously need to do a rethink on this -for everybody’s sanity and wellbeing.

Women fought for sex based rights to allow us full participation in society, the undermining of those rights will lead to direct harm of women and girls as well as a retreat by women from the public sphere.
