Protect the sex-based rights of people in New South Wales

The human construct of gender, embraces unhealthy stereotypes. It’s being exploited by the sex industry, and has hijacked the rainbow brand. Women must now compete against men in women’s sport. We are even more unsafe than we have ever been. Sex is a biological reality. Humans cannot change sex. Please listen to women.

Protect sex segregated services and spaces.

Women need single sex safe spaces, sports, awards & gaols. We must retain this for privacy, dignity & safety.

Respect my sex

As a nurse/midwife i am already working with the situation of being forced to lie to patients about the sex of their hospital carers and room mates - if I don't lie I will lose my job, if I do lie i may find myself losing my nursing registration for 'unethical conduct'.

If the rights of one small group are asserted at the expense of the rights of half the population, then we are not talking about rights but about a sense of entitlement: that, yet again, of men. There is enough oxygen in the world for us all: depriving women of oxygen will not ultimately help trans people breathe. We will simply all end up losing out as our rights and liberties are curtailed.

Sex is not gender, they should not be considered as interchangeable words in legislation.

Biological sex-based rights are imperative to keep women and girls safe from male sexual fetishes ie: dressing up as women. Keep these hard fought sex-based rights in NSW law.
