There is no way that this proposed project is the best solution for replacing the transmission lines. Sink the power lines and avoid ruining this beautiful landmark.

I am in total disagreement with Dominion defacing not only the Robert O. Norris Brosge but also the environment. Drop the power lines on the bottom of the river.

I travel this bridge quite frequently, and do NOT want those towers to ruin the views! Please construct them elsewhere, they are NOT wanted here...

Sadly, I don't think our opinions matter on this. Even tho the two local govts. involved have said NO to the towers, Dominion will have it's way thanks to the SCC.

Dominion makes enough money as a near monopoly on power. They can pay the extra to place lines under water or run them under the bridge.

Not only are they UGLY, but above ground towers are troublesome in storms. Bite the bullet and do it right from the start!

I strongly oppose the building of these towers. I travel this bridge often and don't want to have to look at these monster , unattractive towers. They will destroy the beauty of our river. Thank you. Sincerely, Ms. Schryer
