There has got to be another way. The power lines next to the James River bridge are such and eye sore, The platforms have also required a lot of ongoing maintenance, been observing commercial diving teams there for over a year.

What other alternatives have been considered? Why place the wires and towers at that major tourist gateway in to the NNK?

These monstrosities will forever ruin the peaceful & serene entrance into what is considered Gods country! I OPPOSE the construction! I hope VMRC will see the same!

Please don't ruin our beautiful gateway to Lancaster County. Put the lines underground!!!

I am against the construction of these new transmission towers across the Rappahannock River. They will ruin the beautiful vista and create additional hazards to navigation. I request that you deny their permit.
