Port Burwell is not only home to a submarine, a comfy beach, a provincial park, and amazing restaurants, but to stray cats that have been abandoned. Many people abandon their cats for various reasons in town or at the Provincial park, which is a great shame. Help protect the cats! When this petition is filled, I will take it to the Elgin county committee to get funding for the conversion of one of the abandoned buildings in port burwell to become a safer cat home. Some local businesses have already been doing a great part by accepting donations to buy cat food for these poor cats, and now it is your turn to help by signing this petition! Protect the cats and help them survive here in this tourist town!
