Creo que Pilates es un método universal, y sus efectos positivos son tantos que sería poco criterioso, al igual que en Estados Unidos, dejar toda esta enseñanza al monopolio de una persona, institución o empresa que lo administre y controle. El conocimiento genuino del método está en todos aquellos alumnos que a partir del inventor del método, divulgan hoy esa enseñanza y las formas de impartirla asi como también de practicarla.

pilates training is a personal choice - there are horses for courses and its about intetrpetation of the art and good communication and teaching.
