The citizens of the communities served by the Third division of the Pittsburgh Police and in support of our officers. The undersigned petition the City of Pittsburgh to increase the size of our police presence to protect the citizens, to fight the increasing crime rate in our communities and to respond to 911 calls in a more timely manor.
