Jim Conrad's leadership at the casino hasn't always been perfect, but he's made more good decisions than bad ones, and the casino helps our tribal members every single day. Removing him from his position now for personal or political reasons would only harm the tribe. We urge the Business Council to extend his contract and maintain the casino's profitable operations.
The Business Council has yet to provide an official response regarding the contract extension. I am currently monitoring the development of their upcoming meeting agenda to ensure this matter remains at the forefront of the discussion.

The level of engagement regarding this petition demonstrates the deep concern our community holds for the stability of our casino management. This momentum confirms that people value consistent leadership over political maneuvering. We will ensure the Business Council understands the message clearly.

Jim has helped so many of us here at the casino and things have been running way smoother since he stepped in, just leave him be and let him do his job.

Jim Conrad is an honest, hard working and personable man, very much invested in the success of the Casino and it’s employees. I’ve witnessed him take time to encourage and uplift his coworkers and their families, with no other reason than to see them happy. He and his efforts are of benefit to his place of business, our community, and to those around him.
