We oppose the rezoning of the Phinney parcels from agricultural to low-density residential and the allowance of private roads outside of our sewer and water districts and exacerbates taxpayer burden.

Why fill our beautiful township up with small houses on 1 acre parcels, this is just silly. 2 acre parcels are too small as it is, in my opinion, they should make it 3 acre

This township should really clean up all conflicts of interest on the Planning Commission. The private roads and new large scale developments should be restricted to the water and sewer district. Incentivizing developers to build outside your own utility district and expecting the tax payers to keep subsidizing it is ridiculous.

After hearing of the conflicts of interest on the Planning Commission, I believe they should clean house before considering any developments. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

We need to keep the current 2 acre parcels in Sylvan township as the current ordinance indicates, why would we change it for one property. It will only open the doors to other property owners. Wildlife suffers.

Private roads should only be allowed near existing utilites, thus forcing developers to absorb the costs and pay for the roads , along with adding homes to the existing sewer system.
