These landmarks are part of our history both good and bad times. A reminder of times of how much we have changed.
Getting rid of these is wiping out our heritage and who we are. People need to remember how much pivotal points in history could be drastically altered if it was not for these characters immortalised and remembered in statue form.

Absolute disgrace that a few thugs believe they can eradicate our history. Its a sad reflection on the way they have not been taught history in school. Its about time it was back on the school curriculum.
