The surrounding infrastructure does not support this development. Thje significant development at Newlands Park will already put too much strain on the surrounding roads.

Need more doctors, schools, buses etc before considering flooding the village with more people.

Totally opposed. Plenty of brown field sites available. Local infrastructure will not support this. Affordable housing never stays affordable. This is an AONB. Green belt is NOT to be messed with. I will not tolerate this is any form. Shame on Paradigm and particularly on the land owner.

All substantial developments of the type proposed by Paradigm should be in compliance with the requirements of the established local plan and observe the existing Green Belt boundaries .

Building on our Green Belt land needs to stop. The local community take great pride in the looking after and living in our villages. The village of Chalfont St Giles - just like the building proposed in St Peter - will lead to general overcrowding and even more traffic on our roads and country lanes. We do not have the infrastructure to support it. Our schools, doctor surgeries and dentists are so over crowded as is. Maybe those proposing the building should actually visit the villages and witness the frightening increase of lorries, trucks and cars. We already have enough what with the current invasion of building of a new service station near the M25 and the HS2. Go somewhere else!

This is not part of the neighbourhood plan. The plot identified is green belt. The village does not have capacity in schools or GP surgery for an increase in the village population
