If you want to keep the Ridgefield Recreation Centers path & driveway clear of an additional 45 or more townhomes/condos (P&Z already approved one 3.5 story affordable apartment building, but the builder wants more!) - please sign this. This land is zoned residential and should stay that way. We should not replace single family homes with apartment buildings.
