My 8th grade son is uncomfortable with the October directive. There is no need to accommodate a handful at the expense of the rest. Simple moral philosophy is to do the greatest good for the greatest number.

I do not agree with student who "feels" that they are the opposite sex changing in the same area as the sex that they want or feel that they are. Everyone deserves privacy from eyes of the opposite biological sex. If my child has to change in the same area with a person who is biologically not the same sex and has anxiety about it which affects her ability to get an education, that other child's right to "express his gender identity" does not trump my child's right to an education.

I myself am not comfortable with a biological female allowed in a males bathroom or locker room or vice versa! I have also spoken with my son about this issue and he is also not comfortable with it. Everyone says they are against it but no one wants to stand up and say or do anything about it. If you dont agree with it then you need to sign the petition to stop it.

my kids / step kids will be pulled from public school and sent to private school if they ever face this happening in their own class, you don't have air conditioning for the poor children in the schools now you demand they show themselves unclothed to the opposite sex? NO.
