I totally support not having men dressed as women to confuse children in a drag time story hour. Our children do not need cum dumpster merch. Thank you very much. Let children remain innocent and be children. I saw a video of one of these but in Texas where the guy was touching children taking money from children and rolling on the ground touching himself in front of the children.

Dear your Honor, This event is based on discrimination for that adults with no children are not able to attend. NH RSA law governs laws regarding disabilities. One individual whom suffers from a spinal Cord injury and can't have children aren't allowed entry? The is a Federal ADA law as well. Your honor as a non profit 501c3 organization they can't discriminate against anyone. Whether physical, mental, Religion, Sex, Race and AGE. Please use the appropriate actions and postpone at the minimum, this discriminatory Practice. Thank you, James Akerman Sr RN Ret. Jefferson NH

Ask yourself, is there any level of perversion, immorality, or explicit content that should not be allowed on public, taxpayer-funded property? Bondage, dominance, sado-masochism? Hardcore pornagraphy? Disgusting fetishes? If you answer no, then you beclown yourself and have no legitimate place at the adult table. If the answer is yes, then the question becomes, how much perversion, immorality, or explicit content should be tolerated before you say "enough?" The answer for us is that DQSH is a bridge too far. Hold your perverted make-believe session on private propery, not on the taxpayer dime.

This is ridiculous, everyone has the right to do what makes them happy, but you do not need to push it on the public.

Drag performances, by their very nature, degrade and mock women. The clear aim of drag queen story hour is to normalize mockery of women in the eyes of impressionable children. It should not be tolerated in a public venue any more than a man in black face reading Little Black Sampo would be. Furthermore, drag is a sexual fetish; one wonders why such individuals feel the need to involve children in said fetish.

Leave children out of this type of "entertainment" it has no place in a public library. Tolerance is exaggerated when you use impressionable psychologically under developed youth as the ticket to perversion justification.

I heartily sign this petition. Children should not be exposed to this nature of sexualization. They are not developmentally prepared for any of these topics. It is certainly descrimination to forbid and adult to use the library during this time or event based on their age. The library will and should be held accountable for damage and harm done to these young children in their development. May God and Righteous men and women protect our innocent children. Sherry Alix
