More studies need to be done prior to tapping into Cornwall water supply.

When will the DEC actually protect the environment? This permitting of the well is detrimental to the environment, negatively impact homeowners on wells utilizing the aquifer, and other communities dependent upon the aquifer.

Please. This needs to stop. They need to follow the rules and laws. Make them replace wrong sized pipe with one approved or stop immediately. You are supposed to protect the environment. Please do so.

This needs to be stopped. The water cannot be diverted. Our environment needs the water and our community needs it to stay as it is.

KJ needs to control their population in accordance with their resources. They cannot go unchecked or they will destroy the surrounding towns.

Enough of taking all of our resources and giving back nothing.

Water resources are already strained in many communities! The DEC permit that allows this withdrawal must be challenged in numbers! Cuomo needs to know we are a voting force to be reckoned with!

I find this decision unconscionable. The DEC knows from it's own experience how little the Village of KJ officials obey environmental laws. This decision, once again smacks of corruption and goes against the interests of all of the people in Orange County NY.
