There have been a large number of concerns and complains on how Mr. Gary Hoffman, of Hoffman Kennels in Delmont PA, has treated stray animals. Mr. Hoffman is the contracted Animal Control Officer for a number of communities in Southwestern PA and as such must strive to serve the needs of the community.
