Protect Our Neighborhood - No Exxon Gas Station!

Pick another location to many on the same street. We don’t need gas stations we need real groceries stores and restaurants

We don’t need three gas stations so close together. Build a grocery store

We don't need a 3rd gas station on this road. There are already 2 approximately 2 miles from each other. This proposed gas station would be between the 2 already existing gas stations. 3 gas stations in 2 miles is unnecessary, and costly. There is not a demand for more gas stations at this time.

Right next to my great grandparents house literally it would just cause such a great deal of issues for them.

NO GAS STATION PLEASE! We have 2 less than half a mile from this proposed location in either direction. Please put something that will enrich our community that we don’t already have. The list of options is a long one.

I don't agree with having a gas station with all the fumes and chemicals right next to me house.

That is a terrible location for another gas station.

I am against having a gas station put in front of our neighborhood. We already have 2 gas stations within a mile range both directions from our neighborhood. One of those gas stations was just recently built. This decision is not good for anyone already residing or wanting to move into this neighborhood.

What about your noise ordinance in your area? Won't this violate it with all the traffic not to mention the fumes and vapors that my nieces and nephew will inhale.

I am against the Gas Station being built at the opening of our neighborhood at Deberry Heritage in Josephine, Tx.

No toxic fumes and unhealthy smells !
