If groundwater is removed faster than it is replaced by precipitation, the water table falls and wells go dry. Selling our groundwater is a terrible idea.

Once a precedent is set for allowing water to be extracted for sale it is opening the door for other companies to do the same. It is next to impossible to turn back the clock once this door is opened. I strongly oppose allowing this company or any other to extract water for sale under any circumstances.

Please save our water for Islanders! We are already being asked to conserve water at certain times of the year, which already proves that we do NOT have enough available water even for ourselves!!

We need our own water . We talk about our water levels going down in the summer . Give your heads a shake . Use some common sence . What about the environment we don't need anymore plastic bottles . Our government can't look after our own and now they want to give our water away . Get real .

I totally agree that no one should be able to exploit the resources of PEI or any place for that matter especially if it's not theirs to begin with. The ground waters of PEI belong to all Islanders.
