Our families, friends and community rely on emergency rooms when we need it most-weekends, after-hours and in emergencies.  Unfortunately, many hospitals struggle in balancing the requirement to provide outstanding emergency room care, and in many cases the financial loss associated with those services, with investing in new technologies, and equipment to meet the growing needs of physicians and patients.

Doctors for Responsible Health Care (DRHC) is spearheading a public campaign to encourage the Arizona Legislature to expand the AHCCCS eligibility to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). This will increase the federal reimbursement rate and help hospitals in Arizona recover millions in losses and invest in future technologies to improve patient care and outcomes.

We the undersigned demand that our legislators support the expansion on AHCCCS and preserve and protect health care throughout the state of Arizona for everyone.
