The game in Wales is at risk and action needs to be taken. The WRU and RRW need to get together and agree something before it is too late. The RRW 'demands' are not that demanding and could be easily achieved with a little compromise from both sides.

I am returning to Cardiff after many years away. One attraction is the rugby. But will it be of an attractive standard? As a professional negotiator I am shocked at the lack of progress and the insanity (not too strong a word) of asking the Regions to sign an agreement without knowing the content.

Bad WRU management is sending out a message to future Welsh Internationals that they won't be supported at club level and that their future career is in the hands of Eng/Ire/Fra.

The WRU don't seem to realise that sooner or later the welsh team performance will suffer as a result of the lack of investment in our regions. Future generations will not be aspired to play rugby as there won't be any rugby heroes left in Wales to go and watch on a weekend. They must come back to the table and negotiate to save welsh rugby. The power hungry hierarchy need to go and the good of the game must be priority.

Roger Lewis give the regions the support to support themselves. Starting over isn't an option.

Gatland won't be working for 2009 wages in 2019. Why should the regions?
