Did you know that the York County Board of Supervisors are getting ready to REMOVE your FARMING RIGHTS?

There is wide spread consumer desire for locally grown wholesome nutritious foods. If we as consumers want locally grown food, we can not prohibit it's production in the vast majority of our County.

The York County Board of Supervisors has proposed one or more of the following:
1. remove all agriculture from all of RR and RC

2. rezone almost all of RR and RC to a new district R33 and remove agriculture

3. institute a 2 acre minimum lot size for all agriculture and a litany of other restrictions and set backs which would restrict 80% or properties in the RR and RC zones from producing food for their community.

York BOS vote NO to the agricultural zoning restrictions!!!
