Kingsford Junior School Colchester failed to tell the parents of a 3CM Army Knife in the school. Parents only found out from the local paper!
Governors said the knife "wasn't illegal" and could hurt anyone.
Ask yourself: Why do we get text messages if you owe 30p of dinner money, but get a deceptive letter when something that could kill someone happens. Whats happening???

I spent the entire morning staring at the school gate and just wondering how they can justify silence while my inbox is overflowing with parents who feel exactly the same way about the lack of communication. The way they prioritize a few pence of dinner money over basic safety is actually dizzying if you stop to think about the logistics of it all.

Absolute disgrace. Schools need to be honest with us instead of hiding things to look good. My boy goes to school there and I want the truth.
ridiculous. they text about money but keep quiet about weapons? what is wrong with these people.
We need more people to sign

THATS CRAZY. My kids safety is way more important than their reputation. If a knife is in the building we have a right to know immediately.
