Our dirt roads are a key part of the Region’s history, and modern beauty. A place away from the tarmac and bustle of N. ATLs hustle and bustle. Enjoyed by walkers, runners, cyclists and even horseback riders. Please preserve them.

We moved to Milton from downtown Atlanta for its rural charm. Let Alpharetta, Roswell, and the like do their own thing. Keep Milton Rural!

Stop selling off Milton to the highest bidder. This is exactly why we broke away from the rest of Fulton County and all I see is new subdivisions going in everywhere. I have lived here for 30 years and have never seen even close to as much construction as I see now. Obviously the planning and zoning commission and city Council must be getting something. I wonder what it is. Clearly this is nothing but greed and obviously we have a lot of greedy government officials in this city because it's never been like this before. People around here better wake up and elect new officials that have the city of Milton as their number one thing to protect, not developers. Home values around here have done nothing but go down because there are roughly 5 times the amount of homes that were here just from the 1990's

Milton's gravel roads are one of the unique aspects of the community that make it so special. Progress does not necessarily mean clear-cutting all trees and replacing them with neighborhoods, roads, or offices, not does it mean paving over the few gravel roads that remain as a sign of a simpler time.

We should keep the rural feel. There are so few protected spaces left.

These roads are an asset to the community for outdoor activities. Only unsafe if drivers disobey the law and traffic laws. Thank you

Please don't kill the wonders of the Milton area with all this development. We really don't need to build everywhere and pave over everything. Thank you!

We moved to Milton specifically because of the rural look and feel just 4 years ago. The community on has a shirt timeframe to retain its character before it is too late.

The character of this area needs to be preserved for historical and character value. This is EXACTLY what makes this area of ATL so desirable.

Putting more than 1 home per 3 acres on Wood Rd. serves no one in the City of Milton with the exception of a builder/developer. Please preserve the look that brought most of us here in the first place.

People and kids alike need a little bit of nature and country. People move to these places to get away from the city and relax a little. It's a place to unwind and enjoy the simple things in life. Taking away the only few places left where people can escape from the city is unethical.

Preserving the gravel roads are an asset to our environment. When it rains a gravel road prevent the water from running off the chemicals we use to spray our lawns in the drainage system which eventually could ends up in our tap water.so when it rains on a gravel road the rainwater is absorbed in the ground. Unlike a well paved road the rainwater immediately runs off in to uur drainage system along with chemicals and pesticides we used to beautify our gardens and lawns. A gravel road is also great for our horses and all the wonderful people in our community who likes to run. Let's Keep Milton Green!

Please preserve rural Milton -- it is a slippery slope to where Milton will be like every other city.
