Mallette Heights is indeed a neighborhood deserving historic district designation.

It's a lovely neighborhood. Its charm was one of the reasons I moved here 5 years ago. Let's preserve this jewel!

This neighborhood should have been protected long ago. Let’s get it done.

Protecting this area is a MUST! It is full of well built old homes with handsome architectural details for people who want to live in style and close to town.

Grew up on the street in the house in the photo. My dad grew up walking by the house going to High School saying to himself one day that will be my house. In April of 1963 they bought that home and lived there 53 years raised 6 kids in that house until my dad passed away. It was strange walking into that house that night even thought I had been living there for almost 9 years with him.All they ever wanted was another young family to live there when they both passed away and Scott and Katie were the lucky family.Lots of fun memories and more to come.
