Keep the waterfront green spaces and lane ways for all, not just the ones who can afford, remember a park is for everyone.

We need to protect what natural space exists in the Park for future generations.......this is why people come here. Please don't destroy the long term value of this gem for the sake of short term profit

It would be such a shame to get rid of the green spaces and lane ways, which help to make Cultus Lake such a great place to be.

This is pure greed and a bald faced step at privatizing access to Cultus Lake. It belongs to the public and without proper public access to the lake, it becomes another private club.

I see that once again the folks who live up there are trying to turn it into their own private community. As we all know, they don't own the lake or the access to it.

Cultus Lake is a park, the beautiful trees and green space make it a park. Please protect it from greed people, who feel it is nothing but an income source.

What is now a park should remain a park. Simple stuff.

My Family has visited Cultus Lake on numerous occasions and enjoy the Lake and the surrounding Parkland. It would be a tragedy if this Parkland was developed. If the Developers get a hold of it the Property will be destroyed forever! Please listen to the People with regards to this issue!

Once they poison it with BC's infamous leaky condos, the land is no good for anything. Protect agricultural land and parks. Not making either anymore.
