Remove that exemption to the bill IMMEDIATELY! First of all,it is fatally flawed in its construction - a "school library" cannot be a defendant. Second, it give the twisted pedophiles who put this porn in libraries where our children can access it, a way to avoid prosecution.
Pass this corrected bill immediately, and get porn out of our librtaries, both school and public!

Please protect our children from the onslaught of exposure to inappropriate content in books and teaching materials. Our children deserve to be protected from this. They are innocent and deserve to be kept that way from exposure to sexual or inappropriate material or other events targeting that innocence. Please do your job to protect them.

I'm totally against having pornographic photos in books on public library for children and young teens to have easy access to. It's a deadly deception to children and anybody. I agree that pornographic photos in books should be removed from public library immediately and pornographic photos in books should never be in public school libraries.

Pornographic material is elementary school libraries. High school and middle school. There is already a bill that protects these young brains from on line porn. There needs to be one for school libraries. And to add any adult that is ordering these books and placing them in these libraries should receive a hefty fine and jail time with a label of pedophile.
