Protect Grays Creek from Proposed Industrial/Commercial Development in Residential Area

No Commercial Building in the Grays Creek Area

I am OPPOSED! Grays Creek area is sought after by families, We have a middle school away from the city. We enjoy the feeling of peace and safety tucked away from the city! We do not want the noise, the traffic with unknown people coming and going! Our property values will go down. I’m retired, my husband and I chose this area for all the reasons I mentioned and those stated in this petition! We are a tight knit community with families as well as retirees. We want to keep it that way!

Please protect the original ordinance. A variance from the original intended use would be detrimental to further intended use, along with adding additional wear and tear on the infrastructure, further interference of the water table, pollution, etc.

I oppose the granting of this.

Please keep residential residential in the Grey’s Creek area. Do not approve this.

By allowing this company to build here would not only destroy acres of forest but unknown chemical runoff from the storage sites would also add to the poisoning of every stream and creek between here and the Wolf River.

This variance will jeopardize the safety, peace and atmosphere of our community. It will also bring down property values.

I live in this area, and drive past the proposed site several days a week. Placing a construction company in the middle of a quiet residential neighborhood would destroy the tranquility of the surrounding neighborhoods.

I am a resident on Reid Hooker Road and avidly disagree with the dispatching of construction trucks in a residential neighborhood. It would disrupt our peaceful neighborhood. In addition the location would create a significant hazard for cars and pedestrians since it is in the middle of several sharp curves. We are also concerned that heavy construction trucks traveling the road regularly would degrade the road rather quickly.

No commercial

Please don’t allow these people to disrupt our peaceful community.

I do not want construction trucks up and down our streets constantly.
